Returning your item for repair

Hello!

We are sorry to hear you have experienced a fault or issue with your jewellery and we look forward to repairing this for you right away! 

Please follow these steps on packaging and sending your jewellery back to us within Australia, or overseas.

Within Australia

  • Package your jewellery in it's original box and bag if possible. If you no longer have the original box, please wrap your jewellery in either bubble wrap or a spare jewellery ring/necklace box you may have at home. 
  • If you are within Australia, we will issue you an Australia Post label to your email address we have on file. If this is not your email address, please let us know. If you have also moved house or use a different postal address since your order with us, please let us know this new information right away!
  • Print your postage label on a standard A4 piece of paper (or a shipping label printer if you have one), and cut the label to size.
  • Write a brief note stating what issue you have had, and your name, then place this with your item to be returned.
  • Take all of these items to the post office and place them in a mailer labelled either PM1 or TB1 at the post office. 
  • The post office will assist with attaching your postage label and express post tape for you.
  • Once the package has been scanned in by Australia Post, we will receive notification & be able to track. We do advise to take a photo of your label at the time, so you have your tracking number on hand for your records.

Outside of Australia

  • Package your jewellery in it's original box and bag if possible. If you no longer have the original box, please wrap your jewellery in either bubble wrap or a spare jewellery ring/necklace box you may have at home. 
  • Write a brief note stating what issue you have had, and your name, then place this with your item to be returned.
  • Take all of these items to the post office and place them in a mailer. If using USPS, we recommend standard First Class Package International (price group 3), which will cost no more than $20USD. 
  • Take a photo of your receipt and hold onto this.
  • We advise to take a photo of your label at the time, so you have your tracking number on hand for your records.
